|

People are always saying to throw your head towards the tail of your board for a backroll or in some weird direction for your tantrum/backroll. Shouldn't you just throw your head straight back, over your board, for a tantrum and vice versa for a backroll? if not what is the correct way to initiate your rotation on each? _________________ signatures are lame |

| no. on a tantrum, you turn your whole body so that your back is parallel with the wake about 3/4 way up and kick over. on a backroll, you go over your tail, away from the boat |

For backroll, are you sure you're supposed to throw your head backwards. I was watching some videos of people doing it and it looked like they just tucked their head in- chin to chest.
Any thoughts? |

Head back on a tantrum, chin to your lead shoulder on a backroll. _________________ PS- this is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

If your head is back, you'll see the water. _________________ PS- this is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.
