yeah that's the best time to get out the BEST songs ever. haha. My boyfriend cheated on me, and at the time I was in a band, so we did this song I wrote about it, and everyone liked it, so yeah... don't waste it! _________________ I hate my screenname, but that's alright. |

Hey man, you're not the only one. I got shafted a few times this summer. Now I get in those kinda moods where you really wish you were with that girl or back with friends or just pissed that you got burnt. I've got a similar book that I write it. I really like it... helps me express myself and get my emotions down.... too bad i can't sing for sh*t! haha |

OMG, did you guys see that cat in EmoKid's profile. That has got to be the ugliest thing I've ever seen. What sick s.o.b. gave that cat it's haircut? _________________ "Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." Benjamin Franklin

quigglymaster: yeah that's me, looking all sad... ehh...
bigairnut: I've seen some sick things done to cats before, and since I don't like cats (cause I'm allergic) it doesn't bother me that much. I found the picture funny.
I'm actually writing a lot right now, it's just when all these thoughts get caught up in my head, they have to go somewhere, and paper and pen is the best way to get those feellings out. It beats lying in bed crying till my eyes go red, and I've done that, writing is MUCH more easier.. _________________ I hate my screenname, but that's alright. |

emo is short for emotional, it's basically a type of music, or dare i say a "label".
Some emo bands are Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, Further Seems Forever. Just a bunch of heart broken kids singing about it. Strong stuff that a lot of people can relate to. _________________ I hate my screenname, but that's alright. |

well, i was refering to listening and getting more depressed. to each his own though. I would think something more upbeat would be better to get the sad times. _________________ http://www.integrity-wake.com

i don't now how it works, but emo makes me feel better as well as depresses me.it kinda just helps me understand that i'm not the only one going through the crap that chicks do to me. so it's kinda theraputic |

Yea, I listen to all kinds of music, mainly punk, not pop, but anyhow, yea Julianna Theory was good, they let me down though, the lead singer is a flamer and has way too much rockstar in him. I saw something corporate in atl and they were good. The Exit opened up for JT and they were way better.
Later,
Brad |

you cant just say emo is a class of music its part of all music some how the bands who think there "emo punk" or what ever are nothing more then pop look at back street boys they sing about heart break and stuff there not in the emo group its nothing music gets to the same point just in dif styles and tones except the new hip hop artists who just put words together to make money and rymes now thats not music |

Talk about being emo....and about being shafted, burned, whatever....the holidays sucked arse for me...my wife and I are separating after only 6 months of marriage!! I am thouroughly upset to say the least....I'm beginning to accept it all, but it still hurts sometimes. The thing about it is...i'm doing so much to try and save the marriage, but sometimes i feel like it isn't doing anything.
just figured id share an emo moment... _________________ huh?....what?....merchant marines? |

dont mean to go off topic, but has anyone read the diaries from kurt cobain??? my aunt bought me the book for my birthday, but she let me take a sneak peak at it last night. wow, he had more issues that i ever thought. his song lyrics are amazing, but his journal entries make you wonder how such beautiful things could come from such a wacko lol |

Yeah, Kurt Cobain was such a genius that he had to blow his head off with a shotgun. That's a common desire amongst geniuses. Brilliant. He was a very disturbed and sick individual is what he was.
Chales, that was funny. I guess the censoring system considers p---- a whimp. haha.
Emokid, don't misunderstand, I found the picture hilarious. I just can't imagine the thought process behind shaving a whimp, er, I mean p---- like that. _________________ "Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both."
