Rock all of your weight to the front foot, put the handle very low so when you come off the rail it's easy to pull up the front and land. When I say all of your weight, I mean lean your whole body over your front foot. Bend the front leg a bunch and sac up. They're very easy on a roam

patrick c, how many times are you going to post this? I think once is enough for any topic.

They're pretty easy once you understand how to do them, although they can definitely feel a little awkward at first. Here's how you do a nosepress 180 on a normal wakeboard--on the roam, you can just tone everything down a bit.

Starting at the wake, take a hard cut on your toeside edge. When you've built up a good amount of speed, back off and start to transfer your weight to your heelside edge. Once you've transferred your weight to your heels (you should still be going fast, and headed away from the wake--you don't really want to turn back towards the wake) put all your weight on your front foot, let go of the rope with your front hand (left hand if you ride regular), and lift up the tail of the board. Congratulations, you're doing a nosepress! You will naturally spin a fs 180. Once you get the hang of it, you pop off the nose and make it a 3.

Best of luck!

There is a really good tutorial on how to do this with pictures in wakeboarding mag from a couple of months ago.

My video editing program is not working for some reason, but I think there's a clip or two in this video I posted a long while back.
