I'm gonna be picking up a Prop Tuesday most likely, but wanted to see if anyone else was riding it and ask if they liked it.... This will be my frist time ever surfing with a real wakesurf, and would prefer to buy a more advanced board now and have a tougher time learning then to buy another one in a few months.

I'm rather a newbie at this as you can see... However I have been reading up on How To Wakesurf and think I'll take to it pretty fast.

i wanted the same thing, i wanted a more advanced board that i wouldn't outgrow so i bought a 4'6" LF skimskate, it's a lot of fun and has fins on the front and rear for riding switch, which is nice. i still don't quite have the hang of it yet, i rode for about 150 feet with no rope yesterday, that's my best run yet. the phase 5 boards look really cool, they look like the skimboards i use to ride and they are very wide so they will probably keep you afloat pretty well.

good luck

i wanted to get a phase five but got a killer deal ona broadcast(another board i was looking at was victoria skimboards in case you havent checked those out yet.) it should be good as it is one of the only skimboard wakesurf crossovers. dont worry about the learning curve. at first it may seem hard transitioning to a smaller board but in a set or two youll be doing spins and stuff.

Headless, I went with it and well... It was fun while it lasted... I think my deck was defective, hopped over the wake and landed out in the flats a little bit... SNAP! It wasn't that hard to learn on, and I'm glad I went with it instead of a surf style deck.

Phase 5's are awesome. It's a lot easier to get used to if you start with the bigger fin setup. Still good either way though.

all the graphics vary, non are the same. so its like getting your "own" board. depending on what you like in terms of tracking. since phase five uses only one fin.
