First to land the 009??

Hey I read in another post that people are saying Matt Sims landed the first 009 and I believe Zane Schwenk was the first to land the 009 about 2 years ago... wouldn't that make him the inventor?? Also I have the video Evoloution Wake and he lands it a few time in that video.

and yea...its in evolution wake and downside up...you should pick up downside up...awesome movie

Matt invented the 009. He named it. Either that, or he lied to me, but I'm pretty sure that's his trick.

What about the Toeside 313.
At least one person was doing this in Australia long before Mark McNamara, and decided not to name it, instead calling it a Toeside 313 (cause that is what it is), then Mark went overseas showing others the trick and claiming the name.

What happens in this case?
