|
|
I just recently reformatted my HD on my Windows XP. I'm in the process of getting virus software, spyware, firefox, etc. My browser scrolls slowly and I've had some other video issues. I've already installed DirectX and my motherboard driver, but I can't find my device manage in order to get my drivers for my video card.
Anyone have a checklist or something of stuff to do after you reformat? This isn't my first reformat, but I can't seem to get my system up again. Thanks. |

Run Windows Update, it will have all the neceassary to patch up your computer. You can run it by opening Internet explorer and clicking on Tool > Windows Update.
It should take care of all your problems.
Device manager is access by going to Start > Control Pannel > System > then look for the hardware tab and click on Device Manager. _________________ http://www.wakepics.com/member/PimpinD |
