| Oh - I forget how to do a screen capture on a MAC. But once you do, just pull it into Pshop and crop it.

Apple+shift+3 takes the whole screen and Apple+shift+4 lets you draw a box and only takes what's inside the box. The screenshot is saved as a PDF, though, so you need to open it in Preview and export it to JPG.
