Well i did everything i was supposed to but i still couldn;t get up. i think it was mostly a new boat captian not knowing how to get me at a good speed or what.
Thing is that i did everything right i was supossed to but when i turned the board to go with the boat my board did these wicked ass turns it would go left right left right left right left right rather quickly i had no idea what was goin so still crouching i tried to save it but fell over each time.
What am i doin wrong to create this wicked wicked turning motions? _________________ n00bie

I'm guessing you're leaning too far back. That's the only thing I can think of other than a complete lack of balance that would cause the board to get squirrely like that. _________________ A good friend will bail you out of jail. What board are you riding? Is it finless? Are you riding an oversized board for your weight? Bindings loose? _________________ WARNING! NooB status means that anything I might say is absolute total crap.
If you are not turning your legs so that the board is pointing at the boat, then you will see this violent rip from side to side as the back fins catch (pulling you straight) and then you break them free again.
The previous tip of too much weight back will complement this to create a rough unsustainable ride.
