with the jury being out this long so far, this is encouraging for the prosecution.

its amazing this case went to trail. i have talked with many lawyers about this, and he may ahve done it. but there is no substantial evidence. he is guilty of serving alcohol though. but for the molestation evidence they are bringing in past accusaations(sp) to try and prove it. the kid it happened to didnt even know it happened. his brother claimed it happened but doesnt even know all the details about it.

but i also am sure he showed ihmself nude to the kids because of the concrete evidence of the boys describing him.

i think that this case is alot like the one evidence wise as 12 angry men. just with a molestation and not murder

they may have the presedence to back up their reason for bringing up past accusations. it shows a pattern of behavior, which in most cases, is admissable in court.

muckmeister, they just announced that there are unconfirmed reports that the jury is ready to deliver a verdict.

Edit: Those reports have been confirmed. He has 1 hour to get to the courthouse to hear his fate.

I am always surprised to see the reactions of people whose understanding of a case goes no deeper than the headlines they see on the 6 o' clock news.

It's like, how the hell could you possibly think that your judgement is somehow better than the 12 people that heard every single aspect of the case for months on end. It's laughable.

Tyler T, his patterns of behavior have been well documented.

They have to prove 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. We can theorize based on the information at hand.

MJ may or may not be a child molester, but he is undoubtedly one screwed up MF that has a penchant for young boys. He needs help, or a bullet. Neutral
