kinda early to get this thread started. but what do you all think of it? My highschools is not until April 30th. Got my date figured out last night. The only person i was going to ask said yes. Thought she was going to say no based on past events. For some reason all my girl friends were really excited for me, considering I have liked her for a really long time, but I still don't see what the big deal was.

.....prom sucks. whats done after prom is usually good. but the actual prom itself ....so stupid. i got asked twice this year ....and im almost 22. Confused

wakeboarderdave4, Prom is the biggest waste of money, like $65 min for a tux, plus the tickets, plus limo (if you get one), plus booze, plus place to crash (if hotel), plus condoms...that stuff adds up!...I'd rather get a new board...except for the condoms part, i'd shell out for condoms.

I'd have to say only the loosers hated Proms.

1. Means they can't dance

You all are gonna rip on me for this. But I am really not so concerned about getting some from her, most people say she wont put out, and I really dont care if she does or doesn't. Either way I am going to have a good time. At least we will get to hang out for a whole night for once! I am just glad that she is going with me.

The other day my mom asked if I was going to prom. So of course I had to tell her. Also kinda sucks her mom and mine were friends in high school. Mom said to make sure and have her mom take pictures of us. Then she was like, no wait, I should just go over there I haven't talked to her mom in forever. I was like great, just as long as dad doesn't go.

One of my most awkward moments, is when you mom is crying when you leave to go pick up your lady for the prom, and your Dad slips you a rubba-dub-dub and says "be safe son".

prom for me is june 10th, we dont get outta school until the 20th, so i can't wait. i have to start shopping for dresses soon...

I went wakeboarding instead of going to my Senior Prom. My friends thought I was crazy, but I just never really thought of prom as a big deal, just a high school dance. Wakeboarding was more fun anyways Very Happy

proms are a rip, however i just went to my jr prom last weekend and had a good time. the biggest f-ing ripoff on gods green earth is that stupid corsage flower wristband thing. they cost like 20bucks. the chick wears it for like 2 hours and throws it away, its rediculous
