Are there wakeboard to Binding compatibility issues?

Hey,

I'm putting together my first wakeboard, and I think I have decided on:

2004 Obrien Link Wakeboard Binding
2003 Liquid Force DLX 134 Wakeboard

Considering the package comes to under $200, I am rather pleased, and it seems to be what I want.

However, I am wondering if there would be any issues of the bindings not fitting the board. Do these exist? Is it a standard binding plate for all boards?

Also, will I need anything else other than these two items to make a complete board?

As far as I know you shouldn't have any problems. Any bindings should fit on any board.

ohdoor, not true, i know with hyperlite and LF youll need some differant screws, but with the obrien i think your ok

hey mobe they got this adapter thing on buy wake that will make hyperlite bindings work on any board

No, the LF may require different length screws, this is because the LF inserts are shallower, so you need a shorter screw for them.

You may need shorter screws or more washers, but other then that it will work fine.
