riderof87---nascar is pointless..who cares if you can go 180 mph-its just a damn circle---going left and left and left some friggin more. the only good racing is rally and indy is ok but still not awesome

rally is fun to watch from time to time, but indy sucks, not enough passing 4 me. Nascar is extremely fun to watch if you get into it, if you just watch not caring who wins it isn't near as much fun, but if you watch and root for your man, it is really fun to watch

thought it was funny that josh thinks nascar is dumb because they turn left all day but indy is alright and they do the same thing.

maybe its not indy i'm thinking of then-it's indy type cars but the tracks aren't oval they have curves

it's probably indy on a road course... just like nascar has road courses too.

actually indy has no road courses. they are strictly ovals. champ cars look somewhat like indy cars and they do race road courses. their sanctionaing body is called cart. other cars that look kinda like them are formula one but that's the most boring racing in the world. they go fast and race road courses but you may see a total of 5 passes outside the pits in an entire race.

It's even worse if you watch it live. The partying is great but if you go to watch the race it's ridiculous. I was given free tickets to the Daytona 500 and everyone there would sit down until the cars would come near us. Then everyone stands up and you can't see anything. It was like a giant wave going through the stands all of the tiem. Plus if the wreck isn't right in front of you then you don't see anything at all.

I wouldnt say NASCAR sux, but I do understand people who think that. I dont care for it because I dont see it as a spectators sport. I would love to drive a race, but hate to watch one. I love to play basketball, and I love to watch it as well. However, to me, some sports out there are great sports to participate in, but they are NOT fun to watch.

the whole experience of the daytona 500 is great, the sounds and when you see the cars go by that fast its great, the whole atmosphere there is so much fun
