Ok so our trailer is rusted to hell, and it is a rainy day, so no riding today. We are trying to find a new trailer, but they are very expensive. But in the mean time I am thinking of adding supports to the existing frame. One of the back guides fell off, both wheel wells are rusted out, (one worse than the other), and you can't even stand on them to get in and out of the boat. And top top everything off, when we were pulling her home monday, we shredded a tire. Here are some pictures of the "dangered" spots. I'm depating on what would be a good temporary fix until we get our new trailer.

Most of the photos you've posted are of parts made of thin gauge material. It's difficult to assess the important structural parts of the trailer from those.
However, if the trailer structure is reasonably sound, a new trailer could be overkill. In terms of refurbishing it, the link provided by Gunnerb is just the ticket.
However, my concern would be that for the fenders to be that corroded, the rest of the trailer is likely to be in pretty poor condition too. If there are any points on the frame where you can stick a screwdriver through the rust through to the hollow of the frame member, it's definitely new trailer time.

| all of the joints holding up the things that the boat sits on are rusted too badly to risk not getting a new trailer. look at picture 4..everyone of them are like that, and there is about 16 of them total.

pointblank you have the advantage of having seen those points in the flesh and hence can relate what you see in the photo to real life. To those of just who can only see the photo, that could just be a bad case of bubbled/flaking paint.
I would hate to write off a trailer based on a review of a few photographs. But as I suspected, for the fender to be as bad as they are the rest had to be pretty awful too so I'm not surprised at your comments.
Good luck with the new trailer. f you are having one built, have it galvanised rather than painted. Essential if you are using in salt/brackish water. Doesn't look quite as pretty but will last longer than the boat.
