| Has anyone seen both? I'm thinking about buying one or the other and was wondering which provides better details to improve basics such as improving form on HS and TS jumps, 180's, 360's, etc. |

I have detention and like it .. but I have heard that the book has more details and it just recently came out .. I believe that the book is more expensive too .. _________________ dude your gettin a hyperlite |

| Definately go for The Book, it is ABSOLUTELLY amazing... So much depth and detail, and for every trick it has diff. angles and tramp shots... It will help you progress much further than HS and TS jumps aswell |

| think it is more helpful to buy all the dvd's at once or just start with the Foundation one and buy them as needed? |

If you buy them all at once you will get a cheaper price... And even if you don't need to know all the tricks now, who knows about in the future... And they're also good to watch |
