Home made towers are quiet easy

...and much cheaper as any original one!

Lol...if you can spend alot of money for the boat...may as well get a tower, that wood one looks like a serious safety concern, imagine shards flying at you while riding... insanity is taking over the world

There isn't a tow point on the wood tower. It may be hokey, but I can't imagine anyone riding when their rope is sliding from one side of the tower to the other.

It looks like they put some effort into building it strong enough to tow. Theres lag bolts connecting everything and they dispersed the weight on the front of the tower.

i think it would be awesome filming besides the fact that im not sure how that wake would be but still... if you look at the top, the way its formed, you could eat from up there, its like a picnic bar? lol

i dont see a tow point either. like was said, it looks more to be for storage. it can get pretty cramped in a full boat with everyones gear. it may not look the best, but they DID build it sturdy.

and a homemade tower like was said, would be easy and cheap. just go to a machine shop, or if you have basic knowledge of metal working, and have the tools. a few bent tubes and a welder. like building a cage for a truck, use triangulation for strength. i dunno. it may seem like more of a hassle, but if your strapped for cash.
