Even their website only has graphics pictures up of their '05 skates. I can only find real pictures of the bi-level and the concave. Do the flats not even exist? I have had a 42" flat on pre-order since early December and can't seem to get the darn thing, even after contacting their distributor over two weeks ago and being told that it was on its way directly from them. I know it is not normal in this industry to put out the present years' product in May. I also know that Cassette is not known for disappointing customers. I am starting to feel like an idiot for not settling for some other skate months ago though. I think that was my first rant on here.

They are having A LOT of problems with their new innovation called the bi-level delaminating and falling apart due to improperly mixed glue that didn't come out evenly. They are having to produce a whole new batch just to replace all the old ones with no income coming in. It's really sad and I hope for nothing but the best for Thomas and Cassette. _________________ ...island style...
