It would more likely be the other way around, Askimboard for a wake surf

The bigger baord the more float and i think that would eb good for wakesurfing

The Landlock is probably the worst board to use as a skim-board. It will not work. But a smaller Hyperlite board, such as the broad cast, or something like a trick-board, would have more chances of working...

why would it be the worst? because of its size? I've used the foam surf style skimboards and they and almost head high.

Victoria Skimboards is a skimboard manufacturer but most of the top wakesurfers use them as wakesurf boards. The are thin and light and multidirectional. Most of the wakesurfing pictures where people are pulling 3's and airs off the wake are on Victoria type skimboards.
