Dave Briscoe the wakeboarding coach (thewakeboardingcoach.com) is coming to Knoxville in conjunction with Supra Boats in May sometime between 9th and 15th. I am checking to see what interest there may be to nail down 3 days in that timeframe to do the clinic. His cost are $160 per day for a 4 set session and can be scaled back to a half day if need be. Dave has coached Zane, Parks, JD Webb, and many more. You can get Florida level coaching right here at your back door, taught out of the Supra Launch SSV, at the beginning of the season when you need it. Please email me at gotilla@hotmail.com if you have any interest or questions.

Thanks,
Todd Tiller

Todd,
Wish I could join in on that, but it's about the time the baby is due.

I'm just finishing up the inland surf board I told you I would build over New Years Day! I need to get some protective coatings on it, but that will only take a few more days. When will you be down around Joyce's, I'll get it to you to see if it's worth building another.

Got 5-6 wakeskates built now, and that process is improving with each one. Just finshed one last night that looks great. Looking forward to the water beinga little warmer to test some of them out.

Tom Very Happy

Tom,
I bet things are getting exciting around your house. Thanks for the board. I know I will be down at MO on 5/17 for the Briscoe clinic in your area. If I can make it sooner, I will let you know. In the meantime I will give you one tip, start sleeping now.

Tyler,
Thanks for the pics. I couldn't help but notice you don't have any of me facing the camera. Are you saying Im ugly? Afraid I will mess your camera up?
You getting to do any riding yet? I rode in a wetsuit two weeks ago. It was a little chilly but doable.

George,
That Briscoe clinic in Charleston for the Chattanooga area is going to be 16, 17, and 18th of May. Call Joyce at 423-336-1088 to setup a date. Don't want to get all cheesy on you, but he is only taking a certain amount of people each day (I think six) so if you want to ride with your buds better line it up early. I will be down on Sat and maybe Sun just to hang out so I hope I will see you there.

Dave Briscoe is the best instructor I ever had and I have been around this sport before it was even called wakeboarding. If anyone gets the chance to ride with him his instructions are invaluable. He wrote the instructionals in wakeboard magazine for several years and did an excellent job with them. There are those who can ride and those who can teach, but very few can do both and Dave is one. Too bad the clinic isn't on this side of the country, I would ask Dave to pull his signiture move, "The Rooster."
