Finally got my wall racks finished and hung. Used 2x4's, 3/4" wooden dowels, and 1" pvc elbows, then wrapped them in pipe foam.

I made this one with shelf brackets from Home Depot for like $15. It's not fancy, but it works great and it's adjustable.
