My Fiancee and I saw a new boat at the dealership and decided to trade my old 99 VLX in on a new 2005 Wakesetter VLX... The colors are Orange on Charcoal with a white hull.
It's got perfect pass, titan III tower, board racks, the optional bow ballast tank, a wedge and a fiberglass swim platform.
Here's some pics.
The wake with no weight is really good, the wake loaded down is totally awesome. I guess I'm not going to need to add the 1000 pounds of lead that I used to have in my 99 VLX.

Thanks John! If you're ever in need of an after-work pull, look me up.
Yup, the ballast is completely under the floor... so the rear compartments are fully open for stuff.
I'm not putting tower speakers on it due to the issues that potentionally could cause with the river cops... If we were on the Illinois river a lot, it would be a different story.
I am however, taking a cue from your boat and getting a second set of board racks.. there's always way too many boards on the boat, and I'd like to have them off the floor.
As far as stereo goes, I have a Sony CDX-F5700 head unit, with a Terk XM direct box that I'm going to put in... I just had them leave the factory eclipse speakers in, and pull the head unit.

I have a set of Titan board racks with the lift off option that are sitting in my garage not being used if you are interested shoot me an email (they were mounted on my boat for approximatly 1 week and they were always stored inside). By the way the boat looks great.

jvanick, Cool man....I didn't know you were looking to upgrade! Looks super sweet though, hopefully you can bring it down to Wakefest or Boot Camp!
