Just got it back yesterday, What do you think? It used to be the yellow with the grey wake setter logo.

Skobi, looks awesome, is it a vinyl wrap?
Your slider made its way onto my lake. Good work man! They replaced the PVC with some trex though.

DRAGON88, no vinyl, straight up airbrushed.
I talked to the guys at Staff, sounds like they are having a good time with the slider. Your welcome to come up and hit the new a-frame next weekend, PM me.

He told me he wouldn't do it again for less than $3500.00 I got a slightly better deal. I did some work on his RV as trade.

That's really cool you got your own personal graphics on your boat. It's not my style but I think it looks great! Is it a sticker overlay or a new paint job/ gel coat? Thanks for sharing!

It is a Barewest tower with a custom speaker box and top platform. These before pics are not very good and there is another one in my profile.

This just started out when I did some work for this painter on his RV. He wanted to trade out the labor, so he airbrushed my partners and his son's snowboard helmets. I just wanted some small logos on my yellow boat ( I did and still do like the yellow ) When he pulled the old decals off the gel coat was faded around the decals. He is such a pefectionist he wanted to repaint the yellow base before doing the logos and I couldnt talk him out of it. So I thought as long as he was having to repaint the base color anyway why not change it up a bit. M<y tow rig is blue as well. As for the logo design It started out just having the "flames" about as long as the oval part on each side, but he masked it of and thought it looked to much like a decalso he went full length. Thats how it happened.
her is the web site of the painter

Your tower is not made to support the weight of people diving off of it. The graphics are very cool. Though I'm not sure I'd pay $3500 for it. You could paint the stripe yourself for a couple hundred $ and have a graphic made for a couple hundred $ that would look just as good and would be less permanent in case the next owner doesn't like it.

I originally was a little scared of the extra stress on the tower and mounts but we've been using the tower this way for three years and I keep a close eye on the mount points on the hull. There is no signs of stress cracking yet, a testament to the quality of Malibu hulls imo.
Maaco or Earl Scheib can paint any car for a couple of hundred bucks, but you get exactly what you pay for.
