up and coming pro nick taylor swears behind it... just look at george daniels and philip basino last year they ripped on that skate (to bad they left kampus for more money)

ar230border, The pop is amazing and its nice and wide so sketchy landings are very easy... the size might sound small compared to other skates like grubbs etc. but because its so wide you cant tell its only 39.5 in. long

Wakeguru, evogear.com usually gets them in, but I think they run out of stock pretty quick so you have to keep checking.

scott a, when ever I had sketched out landings where your feet landed on the edge (where the flipped up kicktails are) it would feel all wonked out and it would be very hard to recover because it was so akeward so I would probably fall.... when you land with your foot on the edge its easy to recover with the flat edge of the K39

I have to admit one thing I like about kicktails (concave) is I always know where my feet are...

I have tons of ideas for new kampus skates... hopefully they come out one year Wink

this is my opinion on other concaves ive rode... and I would rather ride a K39 because of the shape... Its so simple yet so perfect... but in the end I can never consince you of anything scott... plus its to much effort with no good outcome

and parky you wont ever convince me of a flat being better than a concave because you have no clue what youre talking about. the only thing that youve said thus far that explains why you like your k-39 is the whole foot thing, which i can understand, but other than that you havent ever even talked about why you like it. calling it a "perfect shape" is a cop out. why is it a perfect shape? what makes it better than, say, a LF flat or hyperlite flat? what is it about the shape of the board that makes it ride better than the next board? if you compare the k-39 to other boards youve ridden you will have my attention. till then, youre just plugging kampus as far as im concerned.

have a nice day.

scott a,

I can never convince you of anything... so I dont even know why im wasting my time posting this... but here are my answers to your questions...

First off some people like concaves others like flat decks!!! I've never said concaves suck, buy flat... im just saying i like this flat better than any concave ive rode...

this skate is the perfect shape because the width of the board is the same all the way untill the tip and tail... the width of the board is what I notice, because there is so much foot room all over the board... where ever your feet land on a trick you have lots of room to recover on!!! also since you dont have to deal with large kicktails that take up foot room you can land on the tail and have the same amount of room to use as you do if you land in the middle... this skate is only 11 in. wide while a LF concave is 15 in.... but really the LF concave has much less inch's of foot room... the K has a full 11 of footroom while the LF is much less...

also this skate is a perfect waight and the rocker is just perfect for a great pop...

well there ya go scott Wink

Ocean Rider, do you even know what concave is? its the toe to heels dip in the board...not the lips on the nose and tail...MAN YOUR DUMB. and ifs its the PERFECT weight, and shape and pop, how can you have so many ideas for a new one...if its perfect why change? hmm

Tyler~Moore, are you Bubb Rubbing kidding me... when have is said concave is the kicktails on the nose and tail? Rolling Eyes the concave is the cure in the middle of the board...

I've got alot of ideas but Im a creative kid... I like to innovate things, change, add on... Not everyone likes the K39 so ive got ideas for other things that would catch a buyers attention...

now tyler stop trying to be a jackass and go wakeboarding Wink
