putting the pvc onto the 2 x 4

well ive seen almost all the pics i can handle without not building one so im gonna go ahead and build one and ive planed it out and stuff but i dont know how to attatch the 2 pvcs to the wood please help me

do you screw them or glue them screwing them might crack the pvc and glueing might come loose or come off

Pre drill holes into the ends of the pvs pipe and then into the 2x4. Slide a bolt that you can get at any local hardware store onto the two bolts at the ends of the pipe and tighten the bolts. This is the hard part because it is hard to tighten the bolt in the PVC pipe. YOu can also put bolts in the middle of the pipe to keep it from sliding side to side but becaue it is in the middle of the pipe i don't know how you could fasten it down. I did this and it held the pipe down perfectly and worked great. Good luck
