I have a '04 sea ray, how much did that ski locker sack improve your wake becaues i'm thinkin about getting one? What enging do you have?

thats because samson makes their towers to match the lines of your boat.

It helps a lot, i would strongly suggest you get it. we have the 4.3 litre 6 cylinder i think its about 225 hp

What is the wake like behind your boats, I might by an '05 Tahoe Q4 and I was wonder what the wake is like.

Wake can be very different from I/O to I/O. My larson's wake is great at 22 with 1/4 trim with 520 lbs in the bow and a 5 people. We usually only run 3 or 4 people, so I am about to finish putting a 375 lb sack under the rear seat. I think it will be sweet with 895 lbs!

To answer your question, in my experience a 20-22 ft runabout with at least 500 lbs. (in the bow) will throw a decent wake when you get the trim set right. Getting the right prop to hold wake speed is essential to a good overall ride though.

Sold it last month and bought a Malibu Vride. 1994 Mariah 19ft 4.3/V6 190hp. It did the job for a few years

No tower
About 60 lbs (and growing, dont worry Laughing ) ballast with 4 people on board
Trim just under half.
