| i have the girls jetpilot molded vest, i love it, its an awsome vest, some of my friends have the rip curl one, those look really compyfy, but it looks like its thinner so the molded might help ya better on bad falls, jus my opinion, but i dont know anything about the oneil outlaw, never tried it, hope i helped ya |

| its fine on the sides, no its not stiff, its compfy, and it gives me a good vest tan, lol, it doesnt cover my whole stomach cuz thats how the girls one is, and it gives me the funniest tan, but anyways, no its not stiff, its fine, its also a good cusion for if you ever fall on a slider, like i had a bad fall once, and the molded pads helped my fall alot |

The JP molded vests are awesome, cuz they float you well, and with there being nothing on the sides, your arms move more freely, I've landed hard on my side plenty, and it doesnt hurt...just a lil info
You might also wanna check out the JP side entry comp, and CGA...they are nice, I perfer them over molded! |

I have the jet pilot stance cga ones, I think they are pretty thin for a cga approved vest, just the sizes are like... huge, hopefully you are trying them on in a board shop rather than buying them online. _________________ Behind the boat house, I'll show you my DOCK SECRET

I have the Oneill Throttle and I like it a lot. It is pretty flexible and doesn't ride up too bad. _________________ Calabria Boats Rule! |

I have a Ripcurl stealth vest. Its very comfy and flexes as you move. Any other vest I try on feels to bulky/restricting. If you don't want to feel like robocop, then I recommend it. It also has an internal waist strap for an even closer, more true fit! _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002

| I agree with Thomas P. about the Ripcurl stealth vest but the main problem I had with it, was that it didn't float me very well. I wore it a few times but ended up getting rid of it soon after. I noticed it most when I was just sitting in the water waiting for the boat to come around, not strapped into a board (ie. wakeskating) and I was literally treading water. I have used and still do non uscga vests sometimes but that was the only one I really noticed the difference. |

| I've got an oneill boost vest and i love it. Its super comfortable and flexible. Also, it has just enough flotation and padding. |

wakegurl the reason the thin sides dont affect you are becuase you ride the cable and it only goes about 16-17 mph being the fact boat riders tend to be at around 22-25 it may be a concern to SOME people _________________ Tommy's surf shop

| what does the thin sides have to do with what i ride behind, i have ridden behind a boat with that vest and it was exactly the same, no difference |
