I am 6'4 225lbs on my way back down to 205/210lbs
I just purchased a 139.5 Liquid Force Team 139 board. Am I going to be ok on this? Do I HAVE to be on a 142/143?
This board was such a good deal I didn't want to pass it up. |

| Everybody is going to tell you it's way too small but I'm 6'5" 220 and last year I rode a 135 because i didn't know any better. i seemed to do just fine on it. I ended up gettting a great deal on a 144 hyperlite but i have a feeling i'll still break out the small board once in a while. |

What are some of the things that I should watch out for in determining if the board is too small?
Pushing too much water seems obvious, but not for someone that doesn't know any better. This board is supposed to have good channels and be really fast. So I am hoping that my weight won't be as much of a factor. |

Have to, no. Should for fastest progression, yes. However it's all about preference. If you like riding the smaller board then thats awesome. Give a bigger one a chance though, find somewhere where you can demo and ask for a good 142-145. See what you think then make your decision.

ya... You have to get both sides of the fence before you can make a decision... Remember it never hurts to demo... _________________ ~~ "Half our life is spent trying to find something to do with the time we have rushed through life trying to save." ~~
