Hey all, I need a little help. Lately I have been getting into park riding and would like to start riding switch more. I have a freeride board for big mountain and speed, but would like one that is good in the park. I am a huge burton board fan, but dont know what would be good for me. I am learning how to jib. What do you think about the dominant? Any suggestions?

What are you riding now? What size are you looking for/need? Are you limited to Burton?

The dominant is very soft and flexy and I think it pops alot different than almost every other board I have ridden. I think it pops more like a skateboard as opposed to a snowboard.

Anyway, I liked it and rode it for 4 years until this year. Now I am on the Jermey Jones and i like it better because it is stiff for freeriding and jumps but you can still flex it when you are trying to butter and jib.

Right now I am riding a 156. I am 5'10'' and Female. I was thinking of going for something smaller to mess around on. Like a 151 maybe. What do you think?

sined is a company.

Why wouldnt they warranty it? I have broken a burton every season but have always gotten it warranteed by burton.

So yes, they are weak boards, but my customer service with them has been exceptional.

I like Unitys too if you dont want to go the burton route.

go for an endeavor. i guess their boards are sooo sick this year, and next year theyre gonna be better. i have an all burton setup, and in one season i successfully destroyed a seven. although burton bindings and boots are obviously the way to go, the boards are another story. i know of 4 snapped unincs, 3 side rails ripped off on sevens and 1 custom split as well. even though its from some pretty intense riding inthe park over the year, im not convinced that the burtons hold together like they used to.

yeah i dunno why they wouldnt warrenty it. i talked to a few dif people on the phone for a while and no one would do anything for me. i cased it comin back into the super, and the toeside edge got detroyed. the burton warrenty people said "this is the worst damage i have ever seen, your board basically exploded." i replied that yeah so either the custom x is the weakest board ever produced or it was a product defect in which case they should warrenty it. but they didnt. i think im gonna shiitt in a box and send it to jake burton with a note that says why dont you press next years custom x's out of this, it will prolly be the same quality as mine.
