Can I get a little help on how to do a TS back roll?
Also, is there a difference between a ts front and a ts front flip?

Heh, I think we talked about this in the "easiest ts invert" post, but no worries.
For the TS back roll, take a nice, easy progressive edge into the wake, standing tall. Once at the wake, cut through the wake just as if you are going to do a nice high toeside jump. Once in the air, throw your head back and bring your knees up toward your chest. Keep both hands on the handle at least until you see the water again, and keep the handle right on your lead hip. Look at the landing and bend those knees on the landing and cut away from the wake on your ts edge.
TS front roll is edge over edge (ts edge & hs edge)
TS front flip is end over end (nose & tail)
Front Flips are much more rare than front rolls. |
