I searched but i was really surprised to find NOTHING. So here it is, i may be a long way off, but my progression has realy started incresing lately. I emailed a team manager in Idaho, and he said they're really open to checking out demo tapes. I am guessing I'm not going to make the cut, but I figure it will be fun to make a video anyways.
So what are the tricks that got you guys sponsered???
Thanks. _________________

knowing how to spell. just throw down your best tricks down the biggest sets you can. you know what tricks are hard and so do they. dont conform to what other people did to get sponsored. do the tricks you like doing the most dont just put sets in your video just so you get sponsored if your a park rider. but seriously how hard is it to spel sponsor. |

I think the best way to get noticed is to do stuff that's real different. Throwing backside flips & feebles is nice & all, but there's a ton of other guys doing that too. Guys that really catch my attention are guys that do stuff that's kinda unusual & I would assume that companies probably feel the same.
A great example of a guy that does some unique stuff is Danny Gonzalez. Check his part in Opinion or The Reason, he's got some great moves. Chris Haslam's segment in Round 3 is amazing. Kanten Russell clearing huge gaps & double sets in The Storm also grabbed my attention. |
