How do you post pictures?

Im horrible with computers and need help on how to post a picture.

Click "post reply"
Type in your reply
Click "browse" across from "filename"
Navigate along your network to the location that the picture is stored
select the picture
Click "open"
Click on " Add Attachment"
The name of the attached picture file appears across from "filename"
click "submit"

This is all from memory, but I'm pretty sure it's something similar to what i wrote above.
