Buergday, they should....at first I loved the bindings cause I never came out when I fell....now I hate them cause you never come out when you fall! HAHA
I have a pretty new pair sitting in my closet ready to go. Rode it for about 4 months, then I couldnt take the pain anymore..and I went to Zuess...he has been my best freind ever since! _________________

Buergday, pretty much yes. There was hopes of a buyer swooping in and picking them up but I think at this point that is no longer a possibility.
Too bad, IMO the best bindings made - ever. _________________

Yeah - I love my PS01s. The footbeds are so damn comfortable. Granted, on certain types of falls it can feel like your heel has been ripped completely off of your foot.

Maybe it's just my feet which require me to have a large binding even though their size chart indicates medium, but I don't have any trouble releasing - granted I purposely don't tighten the laces too much.
Also, I don't need to use lube to get in anymore... _________________

The company that made most of their bindings, Concrete, is still an active company...in Japan. Be looking out for their stuff in the U.S...its coming.

CD closed it's production late last year I can not say for sure but it wouldnt be a stretch to say the lack of sales would be the major factor.
Duane has said he wanted to concentrate on KAmPuS.

itch, is right... CD couldn't compete with hype and LF putting out package deals (cheapo board and binding) because they would be the same price as the CD's.... like Itch said they have put more focus and money toward Academy Snowboards and Kampus wakesk8's

ocean is exactly right that is how the whole deal went down. Great product, as well as great company i have never had a better sponsor. But who knows what the future holds if rumors come true they could be back before you know it. _________________ "Life is a funny thing right when you think you have got a hold of it, it bucks off of a double up funny and break two ribs when you bounce off the bottom of the 4ft deep private lake"

yah well from last i heard is that Duane at CD is trying to sell the brand and if all goes according to what he wants CD will be Double Ups binding. However this means that the people that are trying to buy double up do so. I am leaving perpetual buyers names out of this for fear of angering anyone. Sorry. Kento911 i know what you mean they are the best bindings on the water and they are a couple of years ahead of everyone else. Duane still has all the new samples for Vs02's and Kyle's binding which are all just crazy looking. But wish for the best it could and i hope will happen. _________________ "Life is a funny thing right when you think you have got a hold of it, it bucks off of a double up funny and break two ribs when you bounce off the bottom of the 4ft deep private lake"

I love my AS01's. They are very comfortable and supportive. Like chavez said, just don't tighten them so tight in the laces and they will come off on a hard fall. I have size large ones and even my 11 year old cousin (wears like a size 7 shoe) put them over his feet and pumped them up just to see if they would work so he could try wakeboarding for the first time and they worked fine. They seem kind of universal and will mold to anyone's foot. I can't compare them to the high end HL or LF bindings being I've never riden on them but for me they seem pretty good.

juiced4ever, double up is already bought. . .by KentSG and I seriously doubt they will pick up CD. . .unless Kent has decided to dump D-up already . . .but that doesnt make any sense from a buisness standpoint
Oh BTW I heard Duane sent all the 04 product remainin gin inventory to a distributor to be sold. . .anybody know who that is?? _________________ TEAM PIRATE, AAAARRRGGGHHH YOU READY?

Kento911, one of the big rumors is that double up is on the move again however nothing is set in stone. Kent sports however was entertaing an offer from an outside company. And that company is interested in CD. So that is what is going on. And i dont know the name of the distributer that is selling off the last of the 03/04 product. _________________ "Life is a funny thing right when you think you have got a hold of it, it bucks off of a double up funny and break two ribs when you bounce off the bottom of the 4ft deep private lake"

Kento911 i know that murphy, and Schwnee are still riding CD bindings right now as far as randy i have no idea what he is doing. The samples for the VSo2 's were crazy and hopefully if there is a next time there will be more than six final products made. The Murphy binding was also pretty sick. I am hoping they come back they treated me real well and if i didnt wear through my fs02's and my ws02's i would still be riding them. But wish them the best and hopefully Duane will find a buyer in a board company. _________________ "Life is a funny thing right when you think you have got a hold of it, it bucks off of a double up funny and break two ribs when you bounce off the bottom of the 4ft deep private lake"
