My girlfriend just bought an 02 X-10 this weekend (im sure she'll post pics later) but do you guys use more than the stock ballast? If so, what, where and how much? Anybody got any pics of their x-10 wake?

Hey atx,
I usually just use the custom ballast if I am bringing alot of my buddies out with me. If not, I have a 375lb fat sac that I put up in the walkway of the bow. We bought the bow filler seat cushion, which allows us to store it up under there without getting in the way of anything.

I have the Launch side sacs in the back. They are 350 lbs each. Nothing too crazy, but the wake is great for us.

In total it is 1,075 lbs of additional weight.

Where do you ride in Austin? We are thinking about bringing our X-10 up there for a week or so during the summer. Have friends who go out on Travis alot, but they don't really wakeboard.

Hi, I have the same boat, and yes, I put in xtra weight. usually another 250-300 in each rear locker and/ or 550 in the front or back of the boat. It usually depends on the number of people in the boat. Good luck
