I'm looking at a phone upgrade. Reluctantly I'm sticking with Verizon (great coverage & horrible customer service).

I want a phone/pda and this thing looks sweet. Anyone have experience with this phone?

Before that turns this thread into a "why I dislike Verizon" thread, please realize that they have the best coverage in the Sacramento, CA and outlying areas, including the foothills.
