Here is the kicker that me and my friends put together for about $60 in 4 days

we ran out of blue paint so we had to finish it with teal

we scored most of the wood from our school... they are building on and they used a bunch of 2x4s and 2x6s to frame the concrete...we talked to the workers and they told us we could have all we wanted...all we had to buy was the plywood for the top and the laminate to go over the plywood

well, we need to take a LHS Wakeboard Team trip to Hudson's for a helmet. I'll go get it if you will take up donations. K2 helmet in size XL for about 50$; could save many times that in ER bills for stitches...... Cool

I think you will be fine aslong as you don't hold a edge up the kicker and slide out.

Yea, your going to have to put 1/2 the barrels with water, less in the ones on the back end of the kciker so you get a better BOOT off the kicker Twisted Evil

how is a kicker supposed to be set up? how many barrels and how low should it sit in the water?

PortlandBrder, the front edge should be about 2 feet in the water.

I use two barrels in the back and one in the front. I sink the nose about four inches under.
