Anyone own one, and have a tower mounted on it? We bought on a couple weeks ago, and it has the Zeroflex tower like on the older Xstars, also how do you yall weight the boat ?
I was thinking fatseat in reat, and 600 in front for starters.

Anyone have some pictures of their wakes ? Mine has great shape but wasnt big, we were also running with no weight just 2 people.
Also what problems have you had with the engine?? mines got 800hrs and seems to run fine, my dad has a few of the lil stuff changed to make sure it runs fine.
She also has a 4 blade prop which helps a little dont it? at least for getting on plane.

Let me know
thanks
Alex

I have a '93 PS 205, which is the same boat that you have. I put a Boss Custom Swoop tower on mine. Check my profile for a pic. Last summer I had maybe 650 lbs. in back and 250 lbs. up front. Like you said, it had great shape, but a little small. This winter I put in more ballast and now I will be running about 1000 lbs. in back and 400 lbs. in front. I think this should be a lot better. A fat seat and 600 in front would work great I think. Good luck with the boat!

how about any problems with the boat? im seriously considering a 92 prostar 205. they look like pretty good boats, and for a starting boat, i think itd work pretty good.

It may be a couple weeks before I get any pics. It's still pretty cold up here in Northern Indiana. As far as problems, I bought mine last year with only 190 hrs. on it, so I haven't had any problems. My uncle had a '92 PS 190 for 10 years and he never really had any troubles with it. MC makes a quality boat, I don't think you can go wrong with them.
