The best lake I've ever ridden at is Carters lake in Georgia...there are tons of coves to get away from the tubers and it's always glass!

I wakeboard in the Willamette River which is AMAZING in the morning and the evening, but still decent in the afternoon.

Best place I have ever boarded is this private lake up in Washington.

One of the coolest lakes I have been to is Lake Shasta, its so pretty and so big too. But I have heard Powell is amazing, I would love to go there sometime. The lake I ride on is pretty awesome on the weekdays, especially toward evening, but its a secret Very Happy

Grace B., I've gone to Shasta every year for the last...9 years. It's gorgeous for sure, but pick the wrong week to go and you'll never find really smooth water, even in the coves and at 6 in the morning.

Consistent glass anytime of the day: Delta
Best scenery with lots of glass: Shasta or Powell

Other than that, private lakes.

Have any of you been to Guernsey, Wyoming? It's a small town but it has an amazing lake. Where is Shasta at? How long have you guys been boarding?

Geurnsey, Gray rocks and Glendo are all very good prior to August when they have to release the water.

I'm going to try Semino this year. Heard good things about it.

I am actually going to Gray Rock for the first time in July. My dad has heard good things about it. Did you like it? Where is Semino?

Gray rocks is good - not as crowded as Glendo by any means.

Like an place around here, the wind can kick up visiously, make sure everything in camp's well tied down.

Semino is West on 80 out of Cheyenne. looks to be halfway to Flaming Gorge.

My fav is Dale Hollow. We always go there on a houseboat vacay every summer except *sniff* this year. One of these days when I get my butt in gear I'm going to make a vid with the footage of last year.

I love riding towards evening when there is no one on the lake, its the best time. I'm not really a morning person, so I rarely get up early and go boarding. Its nice and warm here, its really nice, but I can't wait till Summer.
