how do you upload video onto wakepics.com?
Is it free?

You just make a account and upload the video, yes it is free.

Once you make a account you just upload by going to upload media.

Here are the requirements strait from the site.

> The file cannot exceed 20 MB.
> It cannot take longer than 600 seconds to complete the upload.
> The file must be one of the following extensions (.ext):

Video: .mpg, .mpeg, .mpe, .m1v, .mp2, .mpv2, .mp2v, .mpa, .mov, .avi, .wmv, .asf, .asx, .wm
Image: .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .tif, .tiff, .gif, .bmp, .png
