Yes, so I have heard. Also look at Waketrix, Detention, and Thebook (www.thebookdvd.com). All of these are good learning videos. Thebook dvd set is $100 bucks, but it will take you all the way from getting up, to throwing 720's and Whirlys...or you can buy one DVD at a time.

I own it, its decent. I learn alot better in person. They do have some good techniques for the basics. I'm still on vol. 1 ...they make everything look so easy. Don't know how well it is for advanced tricks...not there yet. I've heard it's one of hte better training vidieos. If you don't have any local talent that's willing to help this will proabbly be your next best action

I have both Higher Education (1 and 2) and Waketrix. While I like them both, Waketrix does a much better job explaining the basic tricks and goes into a bit more detail for each trick. Higher Education DVD's have many more tricks and it's cool to see some of the advanced tricks (since I am a beginner). I don't think you can really go wrong with either one of those. Just my own opinion.
