I have Been Wakeboarding for a little over a year now, and I have been skateboarding for a little longer...
The thing is, I wakeboard with regular stance, yet a skateboard in goofy. And i am absolutely horrible in switch on both boards, can anyone tell me what the hell is going on please???
I can land your average backroll and 360s but am yet to progress to anything "major" any tips on what trick i should try for next? I have been thinking of attempting a Tantrum, but they look really dodge, like you have no control due to the whole "tripping" thing.
Thanks |

u can land a backroll and 360's after only a year? props man
can u land backside 360's? if you can't, i'd try that as your next trick, tantrums in my opinion are easier than backrolls so you should definately try that as your next invert |

Rock'n'Roll, haha its about time someone has the skateboarding/wakeboarding problem I have! The only thing i can really say for getting more comfy riding switch is just keep practicing riding switch. I can't ride switch on a skateboard, but i barely ever skateboard. But on a wakeboard, with a lot of practice, i ride switch almost as good as i can regular. Im about to land my first switch invert.
You need to try something from the ts. Get your ts 180s, and bs 180s down. After that i say go for a ts 3, then move on to scarecrow or ts fronts.
You need to keep up your ts moves with your hs moves. You DON'T want to get one way ahead of the other, or it will hurt you in the future.
As for hs tricks, tantrum, bs 180, bs 3, and backroll 2 revert should be on the to do list.
Just choose one or two of these tricks and go out and try them out. Good luck! |
