see, the problem is that I have an old 2001 trip 143 that is still in great condition and I was wondering if I should keep it for slider use or sell it and buy something shorter and possibly with a slider base on e-bay??? I'm looking forward to try kiteboarding so my trip wouldn't be a total waste but it seem pretty big to manuver on rails... and with the multiple fin setup?? I'm still a newbie at jibbing so I just want to have your opinion?? |

keep it if you cant afford ripping up your main board but if it doesnt matter sell it for some loose cash...... _________________ "Thanks for Play'n"

when i went to owc this summer there were a few guys riding 143 boards and they were good. so i wouldn't be too worried about the size, unless your small. I used a 140 on sliders and it works well for me. |

i ride 143 and its perfect size. I like it I used to have smaller boards but im around 200 lbs so this big board works great. It all depends on how big you are. _________________ Go Ducks
