Head unit advice.......all opinions wanted

I am upgrading the stereo in the boat as one of my winter projects, along with a tower, jump seats that double as sub enclosures, and other misc stuff. I have a two channel amp powering the subs, a four channel powering the tower speakers, and a four channel powering the boat speakers. What I am looking for is a head unit that has a lot of pre outs, can play xm radio, am/fm cd, I can use my Dell DJ with it, and I can hook up a transom remote. I know this is a long list on wants, but I figure that something like this has to be out there. If you can let me know who makes something like this, model numbers and such, and about how much it I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
