Hi

I would like to get into wake boarding but I am not to sure what it a good board for a beginner. I came across this, NEW GATOR CADDY 142 WAKEBOARD SALE LOOK PICS, Here . The Board is selling for USD $169.00.

Is the board any good or does any1 know where I could maybe get a better board for cheaper..?

If any1 can help, PLEASE do! All I wana do is get in the water!!!

That is a good board and I don't think you're gonna find a better price, but hey, what do I know. You will probably get more help if you post this in the wakeboarding forum, instead of the wakeskating forum.

Rusty9, the best thing you can do for yourself is demo as many boards as you can. If you can't do that then do as much research as possible. There is litarally thousands of posts about boards on this site, just do a search.

FWIW, Gator boards are great boards.

Rusty9, yeah thats a pretty goos board and thats a good price. its a big board though, i dont how big you are but a 142 could be too big for you, that size is goof for someone over 6foot and over 200lbs. check out www.cheapwakeboards.com they have pretty good boards at good prices. post this in the wakeboarding post.
