they help for learning tricks that require a handle pass. their not necessary by any means but can help in learning rotation tricks such as 3's.

I have a double handle, but i dont use it often its just there

I guess the only thing they help for is wrapped tricks, but you don't need one to be able to wrap.

I had one & got rid of it. It's annoying and for god sakes just learn to pass the handle. For learning spins it's dumb but once you can do them legit wrapping is cool if you grab in a way you otherwise couldn't, otherwise thumbs down!

for spins WRAP = CRAP ............. IMO

A wrapped KGB is OK but a regular grabbed KGB is better IMO.....

Learn to pass the handle!

I use a double handle because I can grab a little sooner and hold it a little longer because I don't have to pass the handle. Learning spins with a wrap handle is not a good idea. Learn to do them handle pass first and then work on wrapped. If you learn them wrapped first you will never get the handle pass.
