html help

I want to have text that says "My Resume"...and when you click it. it downloads a pdf or word document to your computer....how do you do this?

or myresume.doc will fit in there too...just make sure the case is the same(ie MyResume.doc is different from myresume.DOC) You can also put in font tags in as well...ie:

<a href="myresume.pdf"><font size="2" face="Verdana" color="blue">My Resume</font></a>
