Well, i live in argentina, and we dont get a lot of good quality choices here, My bindings now, are the most dangerous things ever! ill show u a pic, they are almost toy bindings.
My bro is goin to the states soon and ill ask him to buy a good pair of bindings. My top spending money is 250$ and i want them with shoelaces so its easier to get them in and out (what do u think about this?)
im looking to buy either liquid force, hyperlite, obrien or Cwb.
Which model do you reccomend? Any suggestions?
I Really want a binding that will last me for long time and give me good support.
This will be my first REAL pair of bindings i will get, so any comment and suggestion is apreciated.
Thanks
Agu

I'd say go for the Highbacks as well. They don't have any laces like you want, but they are super supportive and easy to get into and out of in my opinion. I paid $200 for my 2004s, so they also should be in your price range.

they are hyperlite bindings, if you go to hyperlite's website and check out the 3DS, they are the exact same bindings except the 2005 model. or go to the gear guide on here and you can check out what they are like.

I agree with intotheflats, but there are also ebay auctions that are good or better for deals.
