Does anyone know anything about this program is it a good video editing software

that program is not really a good one for editing - it is really easy to use for capturing video, but the editing tools on it are not that good. You would be better off using the Microsoft Movie Maker that comes with XP (if you have it) or something else like Pinnacle Studio.
