I am trying to push my in-to-out 180 into a W2W but am having problems. I am dialed into the W2W pop, and can land TS switch fine. When I take it wake to wake, about halfway through the rotation the boat pulls my back towards the boat and the board out from under me, causing an off-axis final 90 and usually quite a show for the boat riders. How do you keep the good axis on this move, cause I get pulled over every time in the air.

Make sure that your not spinning off the wake. Pop, then once your in the air, pull the handle to your rear hip.

Going wake to wake you'll have a lot more time, so don't worry about not completing the rotation. You have more than enough time.

When you're spinning you have to advance the board at the top of the wake so you wont get pulled over. Try grabbing it slob or something to help you set axis.

I presume you are slipping out on your heels?
Pull the handle to your back hip, drop your front hand, spot the other bank & open your chest up. Not getting over your board causes the landing on the heels & slipping out problem, spotting the other bank and opening up your chest helps with that in my experience.

Be sure to keep the handle in close...because if you do not then the rope pulls you off axis. Not necessarily molded to your hip, but your arms bent in, holding the rope closer, and not extended and off balance. (If extended then the rope is pulleing you from your shoulders, and up high/not balanced, so pulls your top towards the boat and thus the board coming out from underneath you as well. Keeping the handle lower, near your hips means that the rope pulls you from your center and so you are balanced and the rope pulls you evenly and thus no of axis-ness Laughing ) Good Luck! I had that same problem when I was learning these, and they were definitely a good show Laughing Cool

I have problems with the same thing, and the best advice someone gave me was not to start the rotation until over top of the second wake.
