I'm starting to do my backrolls more like a mexican backroll, really high and with the handle more at my lead hip. Is a roll-2-blind pretty much just looking over my shoulder and turning my wrist fromm there? _________________ Raley cut everything! |

You have to go mexi style, and hit your hip like you would a blind 180. _________________ Random Acts Of Dumbness Will Always Be Rewarded. |

basically, you want to take a shorter approach so that you take the trick up more and not out so far. This will decrese the line tension a little so it is easier to get to blind, and you will have more time. When i do mine ( im am told i do mine a little different than most) i think about pushing my back foot up the wake a little more than usual when im poping. At the same time i start to push the handle past my front hip ( to the left if you are left foot forward). As soon as your feet are above you head is when i really start looking for blind and open up. From there it is all about body position, may sure you land looking behind you and with you chest over your toes. The trick comes pretty fast, it just takes a little while to get it dialed in. It is a really relaxed and smooth trick.... i have a video of it in my gallery if you want to check it out....
let me know if that made sense or if you want some more tips _________________ www.hyperlite.com
