Although i have been riding for 1mth plus....i still can't get the technique on "Putting equal weight on both feet" on the board....it's SO FRUSTRATING that i keep ridding on my heels... WHY IS THIS SO ??? DAMN....i feel tat i'm a loser man....frens keep repeating my mistake and they have give me on me....and now whenever i ride...nobody is there to tune my posture cos they are tired of repeating my same old mistake.... it's easy to do a "Heelside Edge"... but when ever i try doing a "Toeside Edge"...i'm always can't get it right....WAT THE HELL IS GOING WITH ME??? Can somebody out there tell me wat should i do.....???? Sigh..... Crying or Very sad

It's easier to give you advice if we know what's going wrong. Do you have any pictures or videos of you trying a toeside edge? Or could you at least describe to us what happens when you try?

lla23, you want to lean back if anything, not necessarily to the sides. All you can really do is stop sometime in your run, and work on nothing but ts edge, it will help a lot.

a video or a pic of your problem would help a lot too

yeah youre letting the rope hold you up and relying on the tension of the water to hold you up. You need to stand straight up and ride parallel with the boat. Sometimes it helps to let go with your back hand.

Hey lla23,

Try standing up with knees slightly bent... as roundbaywakeboard, says, try letting go with your rear hand, it'll take alot of pressure off...just stay with it

u can be edgind on your heelside for many reasons, but i think its because your shoulders arnt square which is making it even harder on yourself.
