Approach ramp

what angle of ascent should i mike the approach ramp??? the slider box will be a good 4-4.5 feet off the water. i'm tryin to make is so that all my friends can hit it but i still wanna be able to get a lil bit of pop off the ramp. any help will be appreciated

OH YEAH, and i don't know if this will help any, the slider is gunna be 7ft wide

how long? your best bet is to just lay an entrance ramp on it and move it up and down til it looks right to you. kind of guess with the speed youll be taking how far it will shoot you and much you can suck up. youd be suprised how steep some people build it and it doesnt pose that much of a problem. just lay it up and move it around until it looks doable.
